BROAD SCOPE OF POSITION: CLiC anticipates hiring a HR Coordinator/Program Assistant to manage the day-to-day Human Resources administration for 30+ CLiC employees, provide support for continuing education events, and general office support to CLiC staff. The position is located at CLiC’s main office in Centennial, CO. The HR Coordinator/Program Assistant reports to the Assistant Director.
The HR Coordinator/Program Assistant is an HR generalist responsible for running payroll, benefits management, records management, understanding hiring and firing best practices, and understanding worker’s compensation. This position provides administrative support to CLiC staff and logistical support for continuing education events. Candidates are expected to have experience using general office software and equipment.
The HR Coordinator/Program Assistant works both independently and with other employees; must work efficiently under pressure; has excellent communication skills; has a working knowledge of libraries; is highly professional and discrete; and productively handles variety and change.
A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory with some college course work preferred.
Hourly Salary: $17.15 + benefits; this is a non-exempt (hourly) position
