The library has a 7 member governing board; it is a fairly new board. The board and director have been working on a new plan and a planning committee has been working hard on new job descriptions, planning for more benefits for full time employees as well as part time. At the present time the board puts $200 a month in to an HRA account to be used for medical. This should increase for full time next year and the board has a strong commitment to develop the benefits next year.
