Manage all aspects of Signature Services including Opening Day Collection (ODC) projects for library customers. Key departmental functions include establishing services and deliverables to ensure that Ingram Library Services is the premiere provider of 100% cataloged and Opening Day collections. Utilize strong project management skills to manage multiple one-time or ongoing projects, and communication skills to conduct effective customer presentations, primarily at major trade shows and conferences.
