Job Description
The Warwick Public Library is looking for an energetic and outgoing individual who is ready to act as a public service agent for the Library. The ideal individual will be comfortable working closely with patrons to assist with technology questions and accessing library resources. Librarians are scheduled to work at public service desks, and plan programs and classes. Attending outreach events, working to build community partnerships, and participating in professional associations are expected. The ability to effectively enforce library policies is a must. Librarians work as advocates by exploring new ways to market the library, supplying content for the webpage and social media accounts, and promoting a positive image of the library to the community.

Additional Info & Requirements
Librarians work one evening a week and every other weekend. The Library is open on Sundays from Labor Day to Memorial Day. Sunday shifts are required.
