Job Description

If so, the Page Coordinator position at the Columbine Library is for you! The Page Coordinator supervises 50+ hourly employees (pages) who shelve and check in our collection. We are looking for an individual who will hire, coach, schedule, train, and evaluate the pages; drive the production of the paging unit; and exhibit superlative customer service while working the circulation desk. The work involves managing a large workflow of materials through the library. The successful candidate will be a leader who is capable of finding new solutions to workflow management without an increase in staff and is able to develop a teamwork environment that inspires employees to be creative in managing the workflow, work autonomously, and be progressive thinkers. In addition, this individual will work in concert with the other supervisors to contribute to the overall goals of Columbine.Additional Info & Requirements
The successful candidate will have considerable supervisory experience. Must be flexible to work some evenings, weekends, and minor holidays.The Community
