Job Description
The Parker Library has an exciting opportunity for a full-time (40 hours per week) Materials Handler Supervisor, to work a mix of days, evenings and some weekends. This position is responsible for supervising circulation/materials handling staff and services. Responsible for hiring, coaching, scheduling, training, problem solving, and decision making involving a wide range of staff and automated materials handling procedural issues.Additional Info & Requirements
Starting salary is $3094/per mo., but could be increased for the right candidate. Requires general knowledge of library and/or large bookstore circulation practices, as well as excellent coaching, communication and strong patron service skills. Strong self-starter and team player skills required. Undergraduate degree and supervisory experience in patron services environment required. At least two years of experience in library circulation duties is preferred.The Community
