Job Description
Siouxland Libraries seeks an outward-focused team member with a heart for service and who takes ownership of their work. This position oversees and sets the vision for elementary aged programming and services for the library system, and coordinates programming across Siouxland Libraries branches. This position supervises a team of full-time and part-time employees, and uses hospitality to perform in-depth library service involving extensive public contact. Additional Info & Requirements
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, or related field with a minimum of two (2) years of library experience and demonstrated areas of progressive responsibility; or any such combination of education, experience, or training as may be acceptable to the hiring authority.
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a master’s degree in library science is desirable.
Must be willing to work evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays as required.
Possession of a valid driver’s license is desired.
