Job Description
Westerly Library and Wilcox Park seeks a creative, energetic, ambitious, and dedicated full-time Tween Librarian to plan, direct, and implement all of the Library’s tween services. The Tween Librarian will also conduct outreach to build a strong understanding of the breadth and scope of tween offerings. Working with other departments, this position will help create new and exciting tween programs and partnerships as well as develop community-wide collaborations and outreach efforts while promoting community awareness of tween services. The Tween Librarian is also responsible for preparing, monitoring, and administering the Tween budget as well as all collection development, programs, and services as they relate to tweens, parents, and teachers of the community.
