Job Description
The Teen Services Librarian is responsible for providing excellent library service to youth in grades 6-12 (ages 11-19). The position is responsible for planning, promoting, and implementing programs and services for middle and high school students as well as for parent and teacher groups. The individual for this position is a forward thinker and an enthusiastic advocate for teens. Works under the direction of the Youth Services Coordinator. Provides desk coverage in both the adult and children’s areas.
