Job Description
The Lafayette Public Library is hiring a Managing Librarian for our Programs and Community Engagement Division. This position will support positive customer experience by leading a team of librarians and support staff to organize and plan programs and classes for all ages, collaborating with colleagues and community members, and by implementing strategic marketing and communications. Serving as a member of the Library's Management Team, the coordinated and strategically aware leadership, supporting and facilitating Library operations and fostering a culture of continual improvement among staff.
