Job Description

OSU-Cascades, located in Bend, Ore., is a branch campus of Oregon State University. Established in 2001, the campus expanded to a four-year university in 2015, and opened its new campus in 2016. The branch campus has ambitious enrollment goals to reach 3,000 to 5,000 students by 2030. OSU-Cascades is engaged in building a culturally diverse and community-centric educational environment.

The OSU-Cascades library is central to the campus mission of supporting students as they develop the knowledge and critical thinking ability to lead informed lives, serve their communities and enhance their careers. The library staff consists of the Director and 5-10 student employees. The OSU-Cascades Library Director reports to the Delpha and Donald Campbell Dean of Libraries at Oregon State University and will also by supported locally by the OSU-Cascades Program Director of Arts and Sciences. The OSU-Cascades Library Director is a member of the Oregon State University Libraries and Press (OSULP) management team and contributes to the overall planning and management of OSULP.
