Job Description
This position supports the USDA Forest Service, Rocky Mountain Research Station and is located in Fort Collins, CO.
The position serves as the administrative technical point of contact on a wide variety of technical and administration duties. The position conducts and provides advice on a variety of administrative tasks and functions.
- Schedule conferences and meetings, including arranging logistics, preparing agendas, and notifying participants.
- Coordinate the processing of forms and reports for public information maintaining approval records for the unit.
- Process payments for purchases and journal subscription renewals.
- Perform office automation duties that include: maintain incoming communication, mail, administrative email, and faxes
- Maintain records and supporting materials for the budget to ensure adequate compliance for audits and historical reference.
- Develop solutions for administrative problems within the unit and the larger administrative program.
- Develop administrative policies, plans, and procedures to provide effective solutions.
Additional Info & Requirements
This isn't a remote position. It will require onsite work at the Library in Fort Collins, CO.
