The Responsibilities You'll be Trusted With

Your main focus will be planning, organizing, marketing, and implementing a wide range of technology programs/services, although, you will have opportunities to work on additional public service programs outside the realm of technology. 

Providing help in the use of the Library's public equipment and software to both staff and patrons comes up often.

Covering a public service desk, answering general or research questions, providing reader's advisory and completing study room bookings will also be a part of your job.  

At times, you'll be required to explain and enforce library policies and procedures.  

Your Skills and Experience That Will Help You Succeed in This Role 

Training - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Master’s degree in library science or related field is preferred

Experience– Previous library or related experience preferred in Public Services and/or Programming. Being bilingual in Spanish and English would be an amazing plus.
