Job Description
Assist Information Service customers in all aspects of their library experience in a courteous, cheerful, and efficient manner so patrons’ current needs are met and to ensure they continue to take advantage of library services. Help patrons; manage patron accounts; provide computer instruction and assistance to library patron; handle materials; assist with building security; assist with public health and safety; enforce library policies, procedures and rules; support and promote services and programs of other library departments and of other libraries within the Winnefox Library System; and other duties as assigned.
