Reed Library is looking for an inspiring and successful professional that will recognize the unique needs of our student population and will continue to develop the Library’s resources, services and initiatives to anticipate and meet those needs. The staff at Reed Library seek a collaborative, transparent leader who will foster the growth and development of librarians and staff and is excited to work in a shared governance environment.

Who would I be leading?

Excluding the Director, Reed Library personnel consists of three librarians and eight support staff who work in a collaborative, team-based environment. We enjoy our professional autonomy but are also looking for someone who can provide organizational vision and direction as well as oversight of everyday operations and guidance of personnel.
