Job Description
Collaborates with our programming team to support, plan for, and actively carry out adult and children’s programming. Monitors the room booking software, approves bookings, and aids the public and other staff with room booking issues. Assists patrons with meeting room technology issues. Also serves our patrons with scheduled time at the circulation desk. Exhibits excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to work with the public in many capacities.

Additional Info & Requirements
Minimum Education, Training and Experience Required: Experience with programming and customer service required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous library experience preferred. Master’s degree in Library and Information Studies a plus.
