Job Description
The Marmot Executive Director leads a staff of 9 who provide full service ILS support (currently Innovative Interfaces), consortium network services, installation and maintenance of 850 member computer stations, and coordination of supplementary library services. We seek a proven leader, diplomat, and visionary problem solver who will expand and develop the consortium to its full potential. We foresee the provision of excellent customer service, ever more efficient and productive utility in our ILS, and recruitment of new member libraries. The member libraries, staff, and board of the Marmot Library Network seek a dynamic and innovative Executive Director. Located on the Western Slope of Colorado, an area known for its scenic splendor and outdoor recreational opportunities, and based in the affordable metropolis of Grand Junction, Marmot Library Network is a consortium of 20 public, school, academic, and special libraries that share a common ILS and resource sharing program.HR Info
