Job Description

Colorado State University Libraries seeks a collaborative Associate Dean for Collections and Discovery. The Associate Dean provides leadership and strategic oversight for programs and services related to access, curation, and preservation of scholarly content. Responsibilities include developing strategic directions with division and department heads; fostering effective working relationships with library and academic colleagues; enhancing and assessing service quality; providing staff training and technology awareness programs; and shared responsibility for library fundraising and donor activities.

Additional Info & Requirements

This position will be filled as either tenure-track or non-tenure track. The applicant should express interest in one option in the letter of application. Finalists interested in this as a tenure-track position will be asked to provide dossiers not less than one week prior to campus interview. This position offers a flexible work schedule (minimum of 3 days in the Morgan Library per week). Some travel required.
