The University Libraries at Tarleton State University, Stephenville, Texas is seeking applications for a Faculty Services Librarian (Librarian II) to start in December 2023.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting faculty with research, information literacy training and scholarly communication issues. The candidate will also be in charge of assisting and leading OER initiatives for campus, faculty, and students. They will also be responsible for programming and outreach primarily to the faculty community. This position will also perform as a Professional Librarian with du􀆟es that may include but are not limited to reference, instruction, subject liaison and professional.

Applicants must have earned an ALA-accredited master’s degree in library or information science or international equivalent. Must have two years of related experience in college or university library.
