Timberland Regional Library is seeking a Public Services Manager, who will be based out of the Service Center in Tumwater, WA. We are seeking an individual with enthusiasm and passion for providing inclusive and accessible public library services in a large, rural library district. The ideal candidate has leadership experience in public libraries, is an excellent communicator and relationship builder, and is skilled in effective project management.

The Public Services Manager for Outreach, Programs, and Services leads, evaluates, and ensures the delivery of high-quality outreach, programs, and services across the district. In this role you will develop and supervise a collaborative, adaptable, and resilient team of subject matter focused coordinators and aid in the development, implementation, and execution of the Timberland Regional Library (TRL) Strategic Direction and district-wide initiatives.

This position is eligible for Telework. This role offers 4 days of management leave in addition to the other leave benefits provided. We offer a Bilingual Pay Incentive for demonstrated fluency in Spanish/Spanish Creole, American Sign Language, and in Thurston County only -- Korean and Vietnamese.
