Job Description

The Circulation Specialist works with the staff at OWLSnet libraries to provide support on circulation-related tasks using TLC’s CARL integrated library software. Duties include responding to inquiries via email and telephone, and working with the automation vendor to troubleshoot problems.

The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable switching between tasks frequently. Must have good interpersonal skills and communicate effectively both orally and in writing. The individual selected will demonstrate strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint, and proactively acquire new technical skills through training and self-directed learning. Preference may be given to individuals with experience working in a public library setting. High school diploma required, college graduate preferred.
