Job Description
--Plans, manages and provides outreach services, database searches, and reference support for corrections practitioners and other authorized users of the National Institute of Corrections Information Center and Library. --Promotes Information Center and library resources and services through a variety of personal, web-based and marketing approaches, including presentations, orientations and product development. --Develops webpage content. --Identifies, acquires, and promotes information resources unique to the needs of NIC clientele. --Facilitates networking and information sharing among NIC's interest groups.Additional Info & Requirements
Selected candidate must pass credit and background checks and pre-employment drug screening. --Corrections experience preferred. --Must have database search experience and online search skills. --Minimum three years customer support and/or inquiry response experience.The Community
