This position is for the library’s second Health & Human Services Librarian who will serve as liaison librarian to the School of Nursing and related programs in the School of Social Work and/or the School of Health and Applied Human Sciences.

The Health & Human Services Librarian is a member of UNCW Library’s Academic & Research Engagement (ARE) division, which collaborates with faculty, staff, and students in UNCW academic units to provide information literacy instruction, assist with research, develop the library collection, provide consultative services supporting research and scholarly communication, and partner on programming, in alignment with the information and research needs of campus constituents.

This is an 11-month, non-tenure track, fixed-term special faculty position, with the month of June off-contract. The salary range for this position is $52,192-$55,657. Learn more about working at UNCW Library through our FAQs for Prospective Employees.
