Job Description
This position will serve as the librarian for Indian Paintbrush Elementary School (330 students, K-6). Providing instruction about libraries, encouraging reading, supporting the classroom instructional programs, ordering materials and books, etc., are some of the duties and responsibilities.Additional Info & Requirements
Candidates MUST hold, or be eligible to hold, a certificate issued by the Wyoming Professional Teaching Standards Board with an endorsement as a library/media specialist. Other desired qualifications include: Excellent oral and written communication skills; knowledgeable about curriculum materials for junior high students; good background in technology; able to support school goals through the library/media program; ability to work well with junior high students and staff members; ability and willingness to work with teachers to complement their instruction and curricular programs through library activities; and willingness to participate on school and district committees and in required inservice activities.The Community
