
Help Desk Technician I
The Marmot Library Network, a Colorado-based nonprofit consortium of academic, public, and school libraries, is seeking a Help Desk Technician I to join our User Services team. This position is essential in supporting all services that empower our member libraries and offers an opportunity to make a direct impact on library staff and end users across Colorado.
About the Role
As a Help Desk Technician I, your primary objective is to serve as the first point of contact for member technical inquiries and issues. You will provide prompt, efficient, and courteous technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems to resolve member problems with hardware, software, and services. By delivering exceptional member service and technical assistance, you will help maintain member satisfaction while troubleshooting and escalating more complex issues when necessary.
