Greenberg Traurig, a global law firm, is seeking a Research Coordinator as part of its Research Department. This is a new position that will be located in the firm’s Denver office. Duties will include: Coordination of research workflow Research and reference support for GT personnel firm wide Training attorneys and staff on resources as needed Participation in local and national marketing and outreach initiatives related to Research services Greenberg Traurig has a broad collection of print and electronic resources, knowledge management databases, virtual training resources, a comprehensive Intranet, and a strong commitment to technology. The Research Department staff is responsible for serving the needs of over 30 offices and over 1700 attorneys around the globe. The librarians work as a team to ensure that all employees, independent of location, receive equally high levels of service and support. Required qualifications: An advanced degree in library science or law or business At least three years of legal and/or business research experience, preferably in a virtual setting Strong working knowledge of a wide variety of print and electronic resources commonly used in a large law firm and consistent ability to determine the appropriate resource based on time and cost requirements Excellent written, oral and email communication skills The ability to work comfortably in a virtual team environment, set priorities, and handle multiple tasks under pressure Strong dedication to client service Strong technology skills Desired qualifications: Experience working in a large, global law firm or business environment If you meet the minimum qualifications, please submit your resume by email, with salary requirement noted, to ResearchHires@gtlaw.com.
