Job Description
Part-time (10-15/hrs week) loose-leaf filer for contract filing service. Job consists of going to clients’ libraries and updating materials by filing loose-leaf updates, pocket parts, supplements and other items. Also maintain client libraries by opening mail, filing newsletters, shelving materials.Additional Info & Requirements
Accuracy and attention to detail are critical. Ability to work independently; maintain confidentiality; take initiative and responsibility; ability to stand for long periods of time. Computer experience and knowledge including, but not limited to, Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer.Previous loose-leaf filing experience required. Library Experience: 1 year(s) required.
