Job Description
Access/Information, Inc. (A/I) has an immediate opening for a records assistant. The records assistant provides administrative support for external clients under the direction of the staff at Access/Information. Responsibilities include achieving a high quality work product, maintaining active files for A/I’s clients according to the client’s established policies and procedures, indexing individual records using an electronic database systems, closing active records, and coordinating offsite storage of inactive material. The position is a combination of clerical duties and requires the ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative in the day-to-day operation of records maintenance and tracking. Previous records management experience as well as legal or regulatory experience desirable.The Community
