Job Description
It is the mission of the Pikes Peak Library District to seek, engage and transform lives through library services and resources that enrich individual lives and build community. This position operates in a diverse environment to help fulfill the mission of the Library by overseeing and executing all functions related to human resources. Responsibilities include: recruitment/selection, orientation, benefits, compensation, policy administration, HRIS, employee relations, workers compensation, budgeting and terminations of employment.
