Job Description
Lafayette Public Library seeks an outgoing, energetic librarian to join our team as an on-call librarian. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong computer and technological skills, experience using online resources, and knowledge of literature and library practices plus the resourcefulness and flexibility to work on-call at our reference and children’s desks. Provides reference and reader’s advisory service to customers of all ages; assists customers with electronic resources; and completes special projects as assigned.
