Pioneerland Library System seeks a Head Librarian with successful public library experience to direct and coordinate the activities of the Willmar (MN) Public Library. A thorough knowledge of library science principles and procedures, along with experience supervising a large staff of library personnel and demonstrated computer knowledge is required. Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree in library science and at least two years of work experience, including management experience in a public or other type of library; or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience necessary to perform the essential duties of the work. Appointment range: $39,665 - $43,347. Competitive benefit package includes Minnesota Retirement (PERA). Willmar, MN is located 90 miles west of Minneapolis/St. Paul.
