Librarian Supervisor-Adult Services Department
Manages library department to oversee planning for and provision of reference services, print and non-print collection development, and program and outreach services. Coordinates planning and development of special events for the department to include logistics, programming and volunteer recruitment and scheduling. As a member of the Library management team, studies, recommends, and implements policies and procedures to improve department and employee productivity and upgrade public services. Provide training and education to subordinates required for the performance of their assigned duties and professional development.
