LIBRARY DIRECTOR, Sheboygan, Wisconsin Mead Public Library, located in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, seeks a strong and enthusiastic leader to serve as Library Director. Sheboygan is a scenic harbor community located on the shores of Lake Michigan, about an hour north of Milwaukee. The Mead Public Library serves over 69,000 residents of the City of Sheboygan and the surrounding service area. The library serves the public through an attractive, modern building in downtown Sheboygan. The library operates with an annual operating budget of about $3.2 million and a staff of 24 full-time and 30 part-time employees (43 FTE). The 88,000 square foot library building houses a collection of more than 360,000 items. Annual circulation is about 842,000 items.
