We are now hiring for the following Full Time position at our Westminster Campus: Reference/Instruction Librarian Summary: Position is responsible for performing various duties related to the support of library patrons and to the active participation in improving the overall effectiveness and continuing innovation of library services. Qualifications: •Master's Degree in Library Science from an ALA accredited college/university. •Professional or practicum library reference and instruction experience. •Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends as assigned. •Knowledge and understanding of computer applications, Internet, and various library databases. •Knowledge of library principles and procedures. •Good communication, interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisor, the general public, etc. sufficient to exchange or convey information and to receive work direction. •Knowledge and understanding of diversity and ability to work with a diverse college community Front Range Community College is not only a leader in meeting the needs of the community, but we are also known for giving internal candidates the chance to get promoted.
