Job Description
Job Description: Access/Information, Inc. (A/I) has an immediate opening for a full-time Information Specialist. The Information Specialist provides research and administrative support for downtown law firm clients onsite at their offices under the direction of A/I. These law firm responsibilities include ordering and processing library materials, maintaining the libraries, and providing research assistance, ranging from simple reference questions to in-depth research projects. Additional duties include assisting A/I with court document retrieval, retrieving hard to find bibliographic citations, and researching public records. The Information Specialist is also responsible for conducting database research in a wide variety of topics including the following: market analysis, competitor intelligence, industry trends, legislative research, new products, supply chains, and other customized subjects. The ideal candidate will be able to synthesize research results, identify the key business issues, and communicate the results in a concise business report.Additional Info & Requirements
