Job Description
Part Time (.50 FTE), 12 Month; 20 Hrs per Week; Performs a variety of patron contact duties including: actively assist finding library materials including print, electronic, and online resources, assist in using technology and library computers, handling all circulation duties including maintaining overdue/hold files, operating and maintaining interlibrary loan service; assist with collection maintenance and cataloging duties, and instructing in the use of resources across formats and platforms. Required: A.A. degree minimum. Two years of current library experience in circulation, reference, or adult services. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree; Interlibrary loan service; Use of automated library systems; Knowledge of Auto-Graphics ILS; Cataloging according to national standards; Library experience in an academic library setting.
