Job Description

Are you experienced with programming and marketing? Consider joining our dedicated team at our beautiful and vibrant Highlands Ranch Library. We have a f/t opening (40 hrs/wk) for a Program Liaison position. Responsibilities include outreach to area businesses and organizations; developing, scheduling and assisting with a variety of programs for the library; maintaining activity calendars; tracking statistics and being a liaison between the branch and the District’s Community Relations department.

Additional Info & Requirements

We will consider a job-sharing arrangement also for this position, two 20 hrs/wk p/t positions, for the right candidates. The position requires some evening and weekend hours. Requires a well organized and detail oriented person with strong skills in follow-through and multi-tasking. Prior experience with programming and marketing activities is preferred. Experience working with volunteers is a plus. Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
