Job Description
The Library's bookkeeper is responsible for all aspects of financial record keeping including income and expenditures, payroll, banking, bill paying, and taxes. Maintains QuickBooks. Responsible for daily cash reports, banking and petty cash managment. Bill paying. Payroll. PERA reports. Preparation of audit documents. Helps the Director with Budget preparation. Other duties as assigned.Additional Info & Requirements
Interviews will be scheduled the 3rd week of August. Start date is September 1, 2013.Thorough understanding of QuickBooks, Excel and Word. Attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills.
