Job Description
Hesston Public Library, a progressive, community library, seeks a full-time Library Director for newly built library. Qualified candidates will have a Master’s degree or be working towards a post-secondary degree in library science and/or have commensurate experience as a library director. The director is responsible for all library operations and supervision of staff, payroll, budget, programming, and community integration of library services. Candidates should be well versed in all facets of current technology and possess supervisory, communication, organizational, interpersonal, decision-making, project management, and public relation skills. Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
