Job Description
LSSI seeks a full-time Youth Specialist for the Osceola Library System, Veterans Memorial Branch in St. Cloud, Florida. This outgoing, energetic candidate will design and carry out high quality and innovative programs and services directed to youth (ages 0 to 18) and their parents, teachers, and caregivers. Programs will include storytimes, afterschool programs for elementary and middle schoolers, evening programs for teens, and book talks. The Youth Specialist may also visit schools, organizations, and otherwise market library programs to the public. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of children’s and teen literature and extensive background working with children and teens.Additional Info & Requirements
