The Fort Collins Regional Library District seeks a Teen Services Librarian with an abiding passion for working with teens (specifically grades 7-12). This person will: · spend time in and out of the library to engage teens and partner with community groups. · devise innovative, enriching programs that will interest teens and entice them into the libraries. · work with a great teen advisory committee, help select teen materials and assist patrons of all ages at the reference desk. · perform various other duties as assigned.Additional Info & Requirements
Drug test and background check required. EOE.an ALA accredited MLS, background working with teens and familiarity with teen literature required. Public library experience is preferred. Key elements are a sense of humor, love of teen literature and a willingness to be a team player.HR Info
