Job Description
Supervise, assign, review and participate in the work of staff responsible for performing customer service activities and operations within the Customer Service Department of the Albuquerque/Bernalillo County Library System; ensure work quality and adherence to the library system circulation established policies and procedures; respond to and resolve the more complex and difficult customer inquiries and complaints; coordinate assigned activities with other divisions, outside agencies and the general public and provide highly responsible and complex staff assistance to higher level supervisory or management staff.Additional Info & Requirements
Work experience can be in a bookstore environment, academic, public or special library. Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis.The Community
