Information Technology Assistant Coordinator
A full-time position in CSU's central IT department is available and will be a part of the support team that provides computer and networking support for the CSU Libraries and associated users. Responsibilities include: analyzing and managing the use of automation to streamline Libraries processes; serving as the lead in analyzing and recommending adoption of next generation library systems; evaluating Smart Commons use patterns, user needs, troubleshooting and resolving computer related problems; and working efficiently in a tiered helpdesk environment.
