Job Description
EAGLE VALLEY LIBRARY DISTRICT is accepting applications for the position of Library Cataloger. This 40 hour benefited position performs cataloging and classification of library materials, participates in system-wide projects, provides expertise to patrons and staff regarding the retrieval of information via the library’s online catalog, and participates in the development of departmental policies and procedures. Duties include cataloging, classification, coordination of workflow, staff training, preparation of various reports and some public service desk duty. ALA accredited MLIS degree is required. Some night and weekend duty is required. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply. Pay range is $50,000-$70,000. Email completed application to Julie VanNatta jvan@evld.org.
