Job Description
Hiring, assigning, training, supervising and evaluating activities of the circulation staff. Directing, supervising, scheduling, and participating in tasks at the circulation desk. Entering and analyzing circulation data. Explaining library lending policies and procedures. Serving on various task forces and committees.Additional Info & Requirements
The Head of Circulation supervises a staff of seven, including the Page Coordinator. This position will also serve as a member of a Circulation Round Table recommending circulation procedures for the entire Jefferson County Public Library System. If you enjoy providing excellent customer service, leading, and inspiring staff, and have an eye for detail then we'd like to hear from you. Must be able to work some evenings, weekends and minor holidays.HR Info
