Job Description
Scope of Services
Contractor will–
- Add new samples to the Samples Library.
- Implement taxonomic scheme, as outlined by supervisors, for documents in the Samples Library.
- Add metadata to records in Samples Library, such as revenue category and community peer group (CPG).
- When appropriate, paste text of new sample documents into the body of the record so documents are searchable and can be accessed as HTML.
- Review HERO pages, check for broken/outdated links and make corrections as needed.
- Consultant may also work on additional projects as agreed upon between the client and consultant.
Additional Info & Requirements
This is a part-time, telecommute, contract-based position with 10-15 hours per week. Pay is negotiable based on experience.
Qualifications:
- Web, CMS, HTML, MS Office Suite experience required
- Strong editing, proofreading job experience
- Cataloging experience preferred
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Self-directed and able to accomplish work with low supervision
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Strong written communication skills
