• Values training and personal development, working with internal and external systems to grow happy and involved employees.
• Supports educated risk-taking.

This is a great position for someone who would like an opportunity to use "everything I learned in library school" in a small rural setting.  The Board of Trustees is very supportive as is the staff of six.  Current Director is retiring and is hoping to find a person who is energetic and enthusiastic about making the library the center of the community.  There are great opportunities to be involved in local, area, and state-wide organizations.  The Library recently acquired a bookmobile that will be located in an outlying community as a branch library.  Come and participate in the growth of the library and this community.
