Job Description
Under general supervision, manage the state publications depository program consisting of print, digital and audio-visual resources collected from state government; establish a digitization program to capture born digital resources and to convert existing paper documents to digital documents; develop and maintain working relationships with personnel in state government to ensure appropriate documents are submitted to the depository; develop value added information about the collection and services through social software, presentations, webliographies and communications; respond to complex inquiries and requests for information from state employees, elected officials, residents and researchers; coordinate with other divisional staff the work tasks of cataloging, storage and related actions for the depository; regularly monitor emerging technologies to anticipate new document formats and impact on program efforts.Additional Info & Requirements
