Job Description
We seek a caring and competent MLIS librarian for a part-time work assignment usually 4 or 5 hour evening shifts in the central coast of California at the Allan Hancock College’s Libraries located in Santa Maria or at the Lompoc Valley Center. Earnings average $35-55 hourly, depending on part-time faculty union salary schedule placement. The work sites are beautiful and modern academic libraries serving over 150,000 users per year. The libraries are teaching/learning environments where patrons are college students/staff of all ages and abilities.
