*This position is designed as an internship opportunity and not a paid position requiring up to 25 hours per week for approximately 9 weeks.*
Responsible for assisting Librarian II-Children and Teens with library programming and services.

Knowledge, skills and abilities:
Must possess basic computing and office skills. Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to think both logically and creatively. Ability to follow directions and to communicate in a positive, timely and professional manner with the public and City staff. Ability to provide exceptional customer service to the public, including families with children and teens. Knowledge of the developmental stages of children and teens preferred. Knowledge of children and teen literature preferred.
Licensure and/or certifications:
Must possess a valid driver's license.
